А что касается сохраняющегося болевого синдрома после третьего морфина- может подкинете гениальную идею аналгезии?

Согласно рекомендациям, при ОКС морфин используется ВМЕСТЕ или ПОСЛЕ нитратов и бета-блокаторов, а не до.
Morphine (IC). Morphine is indicated in the initial treatment of acute coronary syndromes. Although no randomized, controlled trials have been performed with morphine, it remains recommended because of its venodilation properties and modest reductions in heart rate.
Morphine sulfate is recommended when symptoms are not immediately relieved with nitroglycerin and a ß-blocker or when acute pulmonary congestion or agitation is present.
