- в последнем UpToDate 17.1(2009) еще есть такая информация по антигистаминным у беременных(астма) :
Last literature review version 17.1: January 2009
"Antihistamines*—*Although antihistamines are not used to directly treat asthma, they may be used to treat the allergies that often accompany asthma. These drugs include diphenhydramine (Benadryl®), chlorpheniramine (Chlor-Trimeton® and others), loratadine (Claritin®), fexofenadine (Allegra®), and cetirizine (Zyrtec®).
Studies in both animals and humans suggest that antihistamines cause no increase or only a very small increase in the risk for birth defects when taken during pregnancy. Of the currently available preparations, chlorpheniramine (which can be sedating), loratadine, or cetirizine are considered the antihistamines of choice for use during pregnancy."

Recognition and management of allergic disease during pregnancyAntihistamines*—*Data regarding the safety of antihistamines during pregnancy have been reviewed [21-25] . Of the currently available preparations, chlorpheniramine has been recommended as the first generation antihistamine of choice for use during pregnancy [21] . Based on the information available, loratadine or cetirizine may be considered the second generation antihistamines of choice. The reassuring human data for loratadine and cetirizine in a large number of patients and the potential for sedation or performance impairment with first generation antihistamines suggest that loratadine or cetirizine may be chosen for most pregnant patients who need an antihistamine [25]
